$300K in Investments Milestone

Wow, I can hardly believe it! I opened up my Mint app yesterday and saw that, with the increase in markets last week and additional retirement contributions, my investments (retirement accounts + taxable brokerage accounts) surpassed $300K! I started the year off with $235K in investments, and have had a YTD earnings of 10%+ across my accounts. Really excited to see how the year ends.

According to my investment milestones, $300K is enough to cover all of my "small" fixed expenses from monthly subscriptions to electricity. The next investment milestone I need to hit is $369K to be able to cover my monthly HOA expenses. If the market continues to grow and I continue aggressive contributions, I may be able to hit that milestone by the end of the year!
